Meng Awarded NIAID Grant to Develop New Treatment for Sepsis

UHCOP researcher Fanfei Meng, Ph.D., received a $446,144 grant from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to advance a nanoparticle-based treatment for sepsis that targets bacterial infections and harmful inflammation, with promising results in early preclinical studies.
